This Sales Policy governs all purchases of firearms, ammunition, optics, accessories, and related products made through Gun Store USA. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and the terms outlined below. Gun Store USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our policies or applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To purchase from Gun Store USA, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles or shotguns
    • Be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and ammunition
    • Be a legal resident of the United States
    • Not be prohibited from possessing firearms under federal, state, or local law (e.g., convicted felon, domestic violence misdemeanant, unlawful user of controlled substances)
    • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during checkout

All firearm purchases require shipment to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for background check and legal transfer. Ammunition ships only to verified adult recipients in eligible jurisdictions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors, adjust prices, or cancel orders affected by typographical or technical mistakes. Payment is due in full at checkout via accepted methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing partners. We use secure payment processors with 256-bit encryption to protect your financial information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment verification fails or fraud is suspected.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Gun Store USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods
  • Inability to verify identity, age, or FFL license
  • Violation of state or local firearm/ammunition restrictions
  • Pricing errors or inventory discrepancies
  • High-risk or unusual order patterns

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you via email if your order is canceled or requires additional information.

5. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers

All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer selected by you during checkout. We do not ship firearms directly to consumers. Before shipment, we verify your FFL’s license status and coordinate delivery. You are responsible for completing all required paperwork, background checks (NICS), and transfer fees with your FFL dealer. Gun Store USA is not liable for delays, denials, or additional costs imposed by your FFL or local authorities. If your FFL cannot complete the transfer, you must arrange an alternative licensed dealer at your own expense.

6. Ammunition Sales

Ammunition purchases require age verification and compliance with state and local restrictions. We do not ship ammunition to prohibited jurisdictions including California, New York City, Washington D.C., and certain municipalities. Ammunition orders may be canceled or modified if shipping restrictions apply to your address. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all ammo shipments. Bulk ammunition orders may incur additional hazmat fees or shipping delays.

7. Product Availability & Substitutions

We display real-time inventory levels but cannot guarantee availability after you place an order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund, store credit, or comparable substitution with your approval. Substitutions are never made without customer consent. Backordered items will ship as soon as inventory is replenished, and you will receive updated tracking information.

8. Taxes & Fees

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local rates. Firearm and ammunition orders may include additional fees for FFL coordination, hazmat handling, insurance, and signature confirmation. All fees are disclosed at checkout before payment. Gun Store USA is not responsible for taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your FFL dealer or local jurisdiction.

9. Prohibited Uses

Products purchased from Gun Store USA are intended for lawful personal use, sport shooting, hunting, self-defense, and collecting. You agree not to use any product for illegal activities, resale without proper licensing, straw purchases, or transfer to prohibited persons. Violation of this policy may result in order cancellation, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Modifications & Custom Builds

Firearms and accessories sold by Gun Store USA are intended for use as manufactured or assembled in compliance with all laws. We do not support or encourage modifications that violate federal, state, or local regulations (e.g., illegal short-barreled rifles, unregistered suppressors, banned assault weapons). Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their builds and modifications comply with all applicable laws. Gun Store USA is not liable for legal consequences resulting from unauthorized modifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gun Store USA provides products “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated by manufacturers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or malfunction. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gun Store USA from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of this policy or applicable laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Sales Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when revisions were last made.
